Initial Interview:

Candidates who pass the minimum score needed on the cognitive skills test are then brought in for an initial interview that lasts between 15 and 30 minutes.

Notes: Professional attire is recommended for this step.




Personality Testing:

The testing is comprised of two written exams with more than 400 questions total. They’re designed to help determine a candidate’s suitability for the position they have applied for.


The tests are untimed, but the combined initial interview and two exams take around three hours to complete.
